At our store, we take pride in our handmade products and their unique characteristics. However, if you do receive a damaged item or there is an issue with the size:
- Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. You can contact us by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a photo of the issue.
- Our customer service team will review the issue and confirm it.
- Once confirmed, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and either replace the item with a new one or issue a refund for the cost of the product to the credit/debit card used for the purchase.
- Please note that a shipping charge of 50/- will apply for any returns or exchanges.
- Additionally, please note that items purchased in-store are not eligible for returns or exchanges online, so please make sure to check your purchase carefully before leaving the store.
